Nestled between eastern Sumbawa and western Flores lie three tiny grass-covered islands Komodo,Padar and Rinca,together form the Komodo National Park a protected wildlife reserve.
This is the home of the giants lizard known as the "Komodo Dragon" it was thought to be a myth until the turn of the century, when fishermen who were forced by a storm to take shelter on Komodo sight the monsters.
Tours Itinerary :
Day 1: Denpasar-Labuan Bajo-Rinca-Kalong
Depart from Hotel for flight to Labuan Bajo in west Flores, upon arrival, met and greeting with our representative and transfer to the pier of Labuan Bajo for Rinca Island, Lunch on board, about 2 hours sail to the island of Komodo Dragon, start your trekking, walking through the typical dry forest to explore the Island of Komodo dragon, you will find many wild animals such as deer, wild pig and many various species of tropical birds. A local ranger will lead you to enter this nature preservation. Back to the boat, a stop will be made at Kalong Island to see thousand of Bats are hanging and flying around the island. Dinner and overnight are on boat.
Day 2: Kalong-Labuan Bajo-Denpasar
Early morning live kalong island and sail back to Labuan Bajo, Breakfast on boat, transfer to the airport, on the way, visit Batu Cermin (miror stone cave).
Then to the airport for flight to Bali. Upon arrival in Bali, transfer to your hotel.
